You're so right. I'm curious about the legality of such stuff... membership rules change suddenly, without clarity. When paying for a service, are we not entitled to know how to make use of those services. Yes, Planet Fitness had once been opened 24/7, but now is not. That's okay. But we know the hours, and understand staffing shortages, etc.
