These birds do scare me. Dickens, in is Barnaby Rudge, his second book, has a raven that speaks and says, "I am the Devil, I am the Devil." He's the pet of the boy who is brain delayed, and it's always spooky. Poe, too - and those ravens at The Tower in London. What history. But the crows in my yard are no fools, that's for sure.
