Learn from other writers. A lot of knowledge can be gained by following and reading a publication such as Writers’ Blokke or The Writing Cooperative or by following writers who offer knowledgeable writing tips. (I’ve learned a lot from Walter Bowne.) Try to join a writing group online or in your community to gain helpful feedback on your writing.
