My wife is (was) a dietitian working for major University hospitals, now working as something else, three careers later. But you're so right - one or two pounds. And yeah - we're messed up as a society. There are no bad foods. Moderation. Exercise. Forget about fad diets. A diet is something one goes on to get off, right. Just balance.
