I’m very conflicted with this advice, as it goes against my Whitman idea of being a teacher of athletes. My goal as teacher is to have students surpass the teacher. And if you don’t toot your own horn, who will hear you? lol. This is good advice if in a company with ego weak leaders, which is everyone.
