I only had one. Mr. McGraw, phys ed. No, two. Mr. McLaughlin, who taught art. he was nice, too. But phys ed was my favorite part of the day because I needed to run and laugh and have fun, and not sit in rows and listen and copy down from some primer. I didn't know I had ADD then. I found out when I was 50. But so much of education is drill and routine. I've ben teaching English for 21 years, and I still love it, but I try to make the experience the opposite of what it was for me, and try to include all types of learning styles for we all need all of them.
