I agree. Yet, under crazy circumstances beyond our control, five or six classes with 25-30 students, with thousands of decisions every day, and so many with accommodations, and discipline, and en loco parentis, it’s almost impossible not to make a mistake or misspeak out of sheer humanity and anxiety and frustration. That’s why so many teachers are leaving and fewer going in and staying in. But that’s another essay! Cheers!
